WebCoders provides digital design, development, marketing, and support services. Projects are governed by a written proposal and scope agreed by both parties.
Scope and responsibilities
The client provides content, approvals, brand assets, and timely feedback. WebCoders delivers the agreed design and development work according to the project scope and timeline.
Fees and payments
Project pricing, payment milestones, and deadlines are stated in the relevant proposal or contract. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.
Ownership and approvals
Deliverables are considered approved after client sign-off at the agreed stages. Changes requested after approval may be billed as additional work.
Support and maintenance
Ongoing support, hosting guidance, and maintenance are subject to the specific scope and service plan agreed with the client.
Limitation of liability
WebCoders works diligently to provide a quality service but is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from third-party issues or unforeseeable outcomes beyond the value of the project services.
