Scope and responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing content, approvals, brand assets, and timely feedback during the agreed review stages. WebCoders is responsible for delivering the agreed design and development work according to the project timeline.

Fees and payments

Project pricing, payment milestones, and deadlines will be stated in the relevant proposal or contract. Payments are due according to the agreed schedule.

Ownership and approvals

Final deliverables are considered approved after client sign-off on the agreed stages. Any changes requested after approval may be billed as additional work.

Support and maintenance

Ongoing support, hosting-related guidance, and maintenance services are subject to the specific scope and plan agreed at the time of service delivery.

Limitation of liability

WebCoders will work diligently to deliver a quality service, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from project delays, third-party platform issues, or unforeseeable business outcomes beyond the value of the project services.
